Job Description

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL/ LEGAL EXECUTIVE, 12 MONTHS’ EXPERIENCE, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE, £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE). Due to the growth of the department, the firm is seeking an experienced fee earner to independently manage their caseload while also providing support to the team as required. JOB REF: 8440

•The appointed legal professional will mange a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.

•You will prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation. As well as, liaising with clients, real estate agents, mortgage providers, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction.

•The firm are seeking candidates with previous experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Executive and strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.

•You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
