Property Litigation Solicitor, Bedfordshire, 1-4 Years’ PQE, £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF: 8376.

• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 1-4 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• This highly reputable team act for property owners, landlords, tenants and developers.
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include dilapidations claims; rent and service charge disputes; rent reviews; lease renewals; break notices; construction claims; trespass; land contracts and options and boundary disputes.
• You will have a willingness to play a key role in business development for the department.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
