Residential Conveyancer, 2-4 Years PQE, Berkshire, £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) – Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking for a new role in 2025? Read on, this could be the role for you! JOB REF:8349.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with between 2-4 Years PQE with sound technical knowledge in residential property law.
• You will be responsible for providing a high quality legal service to clients on all aspects of residential property matters including, residential freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions.
• You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work well within a team environment and a strong business developer.
• Excellent technical ability and a passion for this area of law is a pre-requisite.
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
• You will be joining a well-respected team handling work of equivalent ‘City’ quality.
