Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ years PQE, Manchester, £Competitive Salary (DOE), Highly rated Top 100 law firm - JOB REF:8279.
• This opportunity is a fabulous opportunity to work alongside highly rated commercial property partners within this Top 100 real estate team.
• The successful Real Estate Solicitor will have gained extensive experience in commercial property matters throughout your career within another reputable regional or national law firm.
• With commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial nature, you will possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
• You will advise a wide range of clients based across the Northwest and UK wide on matters including commercial sales and purchases, leaseholds and development projects.
• Yu will also continue to develop the long-standing relationships with existing clients, you will also be involved in business development to attract new clients to the firm.
