Property Litigation Solicitor, NQ- 2 years’ PQE, London, £excellent plus extensive benefits package. This mid-size law firm understand property people. Their clients started out buying their first home and over the decades with the firm, many have become property investors, developers or owners of estate agents or other property businesses. PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
You will work on a diverse range of property related disputes, including determination of leases, applications to court to fix the terms of new business leases, pursuing unpaid rent and service charges, enforcing the performance of covenants, possession claims and sub-lettings. Experience of enfranchisement and lease extensions is essential. This role is well suited to an ambitious, self-motivated individual who has experience of property law, enfranchisement and lease extensions. You will have excellent time management, organisation, and case management skills as well as excellent drafting and communication skills. Experience of, or a desire to, undertake business development and networking is preferred.
