OVERVIEW:
• The primary focus of this role is probate administration, with some involvement in drafting will.
•You will manage files from initiation to conclusion
•The appointed lawyer will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate seamless case progression •while staying informed of current legal developments and applicable legislation.
•This role is primarily office based, however flexible working arrangements may be considered for specific employees when justified or deemed necessary.
•The appointed Legal Professional will be a Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE
