JOB TITLE: Agricultural Property Solicitor
PQE: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
The highly ranked team of this top law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Agricultural Property Solicitor into their leading team. You will be working alongside some of the most knowledgeable Lawyers within the sector and in a team covering the broad range of rural matters. You will be expected to draft, negotiate and agree documentation for property sales and purchases, deeds of easement and other property-related documents. They of matters you would be gaining exposure to includes sales and acquisitions of agricultural property and land, agricultural tenancies, succession planning as well as working with the wider team.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 12 months experience in handling your own caseload of agricultural property matters. Ideal Solicitors or Legal Executives will have a real passion and interest in agricultural law and be looking for a supportive and encouraging team where you will see your career flourish. If you have always had an interest in agriculture and estates matters and would welcome the opportunity to specialise in this area of law in Essex, then do not hesitate to contact me.
