CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR:
The appointed solicitor will provide high quality tailored legal advice across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including: mergers, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, management buy outs, equity financing and commercial contracts. You will work closely with other teams in the firm especially the Property teams. In addition to strong technical skills and knowledge of commercial contracts, applicants should be commercially aware and have a client-focused approach. A client following is desirable and candidates should enjoy business development and building their own caseload. A strong work ethic, ambition and a high level of motivation are essential. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 4 years’ experience in corporate and commercial work.
