Commercial Property Solicitor, 1-3 Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team JOB REF:8241.
• An opportunity has arisen to join a progressive team where you can build an exciting long-term career
• You will be responsible for a busy caseload that covers a variety of standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant and some development work
• Experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance would be advantageous.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, work well within a team environment and to tight deadlines.
• On offer, is a negotiable salary plus bonus, pension and excellent benefits package.
