Regulatory Solicitor (Newly Qualified)

Regulatory Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, to c£45,000 (DOE), Award winning National law firm - A new opportunity for an ambitious Regulatory Solicitor to undertake investigations on behalf of a regulator within the Healthcare sector. JOB REF: 8178.

• Applications are sought from Regulatory Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE to undertake work in Health & Safety, Inquests and Motor Crime
• Some experience of Health & Safety, Inquests or Motor Crime matters is essential.
• You will prepare cases, attend client conferences, take witness statements, attend Court instructing experts and work with insurers.
• You will be working closely with an experienced Partner, as well as supervising paralegals within the team.
• It is essential that you have a real passion for regulatory law, the ability to work within a team environment, work to tight deadlines and targets and have outstanding communication skills.
