OVERVIEW:

• As an experienced Private Client Lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including probate, will drafting, tax planning, and work related to the court of protection and powers of attorney.

• Your responsibilities will include providing expert legal advice to clients. This requires staying informed about relevant laws and regulations.

• The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of three years' experience in similar roles. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.

• This role is offered on a 9-month fixed-term contract basis to commence as soon as possible.
