PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR (EL / PL FRAUD):
You will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload of litigated claims on behalf of defendant clients where fraud is suspected. Claims will be predominantly EL and PL, as well as some Housing disrepair repair matters and it is essential that you have a proven track record in defendant EL and PL work. You will be dealing directly with clients from day one and be expected to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client contacts.
You will also have developed strong skills in building client relationships and be keen to work with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives.
