PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR (EL / PL FRAUD), 2+ YEARS PQE, MANCHESTER, TO C£50,000 (DOE) – A great opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join a Top 50 law firm - JOB REF:8098

  • Applications are sought from solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm.
  • You will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload of litigated claims on behalf of defendant clients where fraud is suspected
  • Claims will be predominantly EL and PL, as well as some Housing disrepair repair matters and it is essential that you have a proven track record in defendant EL and PL work.
  • Experience working on a similar caseload of EL and PL fraud cases would be a distinct advantage.
  • You will be dealing directly with clients from day one and be expected to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client contacts.
  • You will also have developed strong skills in building client relationships and be keen to work with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives.
