Job Description
• Applications are sought from Financial Services Regulatory Lawyers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in financial services regulation.
• You will be responsible for providing a wide range of Financial Services regulatory advice covering the whole range of Financial Services Regulation including Emerging Tech such as Digital Assets/Crypto Assets.
• You will also have the ability to actively support and provide advice on M&A/Private Equity transactions as needed.
• The firm take a genuine interest and support career development.
• Excellent technical ability and drafting skills are a must.
