CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR, UP TO 6 YEARS, CHESHIRE, UP TO C£50,000 DOE. A highly regarded firm is offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join its Clinical Negligence team in the North West. JOB REF: 8072

•In this role you will handle a is a challenging and rewarding caseload of complex and high-value cases including matters such as, medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, brain & spinal injuries and amputations.

•You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and mentoring.

•Applications are open to solicitors with 1 – 6 years’ PQE and with a keen interest in furthering their knowledge and career within Clinical Negligence work.

•You will have previous experience in drafting documents and correspondence such as witness statements and letters of instruction to counsel and to medical experts.
