LEGAL COMPLIANCE OFFICER:
You will promote the importance of compliance requirements across the firm and help support the best practices throughout all the departments. Be responsible for ensuring that all breaches, issues and concerns are escalated to the correct person, so giving recommendations and a proactive approach to problem solving would be essential.
Strong communication skills are a must, as is being able to work to a deadline, along with the capability of being flexible when projects change. Good IT skills is advantageous and experience of a legal setting and the compliance required in a professional setting will be fundamental. This is a well-known law firm regionally across the West Midlands and Staffordshire who despite their size have a good reputation for offering a friendly service and professional advice, with offices across the county the firm have a dynamic and modern approach, focused on success and growth.
