Planning Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Essex, £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Planning Solicitor looking to join an impressive team in Essex. JOB REF: 8044.

• You will work as part of a specialist team assisting the firm’s wide variety of clients and professional referrers in relation to all areas of planning law.
• Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• This impressive team act for Developers, Landowners, Local Planning Authorities and Individuals.
• You will be responsible for a varied planning caseload, to include s106 planning obligations for both small and large residential and commercial developments, s38, s272 and s104 infrastructure agreements
• You will have had exposure to Planning Law, potentially having a background working in Local Government or private practice, and have a keen interest in developing a specialism within Planning Law
• You will also build strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base, play a key role in helping expand our professional network and to promote and market the team.
• You will be a self-motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
