COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
The firm have been accredited with “Investors in People” since 1996 and shortlisted for Employer of the Year in 2023. They achieved a two-star accreditation in the top 75 “Best Companies” (formerly The Sunday Times Best Companies Awards) and ranked sixth in the top 10 “Best Large Law Firms to Work For” category. The Dispute Resolution team deals with a varied caseload of general commercial litigation work and specialises in disputes that require urgent court action such as injunctions, freezing orders and search and seizure orders. You will be exposed to a broad range of work including breach of contract claims, shareholder actions, partnership disputes, disputes relating to commercial agents, dealerships and distribution agreements, corporate/director fraud, regulatory obligations and health and safety compliance, professional negligence, defamation and insolvency and restructuring.
