Corporate Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Competitive salary (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experience Corporate Solicitor to join a reputable corporate and commercial team which typically deals in high value corporate transactions. JOB REF:7882.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You must have a strong technical background, good commercial awareness, and wide-ranging transactional experience.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, debt finance, management buy-outs and company re-structuring, drafting shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements and other types of commercial agreements.
• With excellent communication skills and IT skills, you will also work well within a team environment.
• Previous experience of business development would also be of benefit.
