NEWLY QUALIFIED/2 YEARS PQE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with up to 2 Years PQE and looking for that next step in their career. The team deal with a variety of commercial property matters to include sales and purchases of real estate for business owner-occupiers and investors, landlord and tenant work and commercial and residential property development. You will need to demonstrate high levels of technical skill and the ability to maintain strong client relationships. You will work collaboratively with the team and be expected to contribute to the further growth and development of the department.
