Job Description

•The Conveyancing Secretary will take on a range of administrative responsibilities, utilising their initiative and expertise to support the conveyancing team effectively.
•Responsibilities include managing diaries and scheduling appointments, meeting and greeting clients, handling audiotyping and general correspondence, and preparing various legal documents.
•The successful candidate will have previous residential conveyancing experience in a law-firm, possibly obtained in national firms or small niche high-street firms.
•Knowledge of Land Registry Portal, Big Hand, Oyez Forms, Search Flow and/Partner 4 Windows would be advantageous.
