FAMILY SOLICITOR, 3 + PQE, TYNE & WEAR. This specialist firm is actively seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be joining the department at a busy time and so the appointed candidate will be coming into a substantial existing caseload. JOB REF: 7838
•The appointed Solicitor will manage a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, divorce and financial settlements, child-related disputes, cohabitation agreements, family mediation, and prenuptial agreements.
•It will be your responsibility to handle a wide range of family cases efficiently and sympathetically, while providing helpful support and well-informed advice.
•A Family Solicitor with over 3 years’ experience practicing in this area of law is encouraged to apply. Candidates hoping to be considered for this role must be confident in their ability to provide an effective, timely and efficient service to this firm’s loyal client base.
•This position requires someone who has a keen eye for detail, is able to work under minimal supervision, and has good communication and organisational skills. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
