THE FIRM:
This award-winning, mid-size law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its London team. The firm is modern and dynamic and is  passionate about its people's development. The firm is going through an exciting period of growth with plans to double in size over the next few years. 

THE ROLE:
You will work on a diverse range of property related disputes, including determination of leases, applications to court to fix the terms of new business leases, pursuing unpaid rents and service charges, enforcing the performance of covenants, possession claims and sub-lettings.

Experience of enfranchisement and lease extensions is essential.

THE CANDIDIATE:
This role is well suited to an ambitious, self-motivated individual who has experience of property law, enfranchisement and lease extensions.

You will have excellent time management, organisation, and case management skills as well as excellent drafting and communication skills.

Experience of, or a desire to undertake business development and networking is preferred.
