CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, NQ-3 PQE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, COMPETITVE SALARY. A rapidly expanding firm is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious junior solicitor to establish themselves, with the chance to work on international cases. JOB REF: 7811

•The appointed Solicitor will handle an exciting and dynamic caseload of high-profile commercial matters, with the opportunity to engage in international work.

•Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.

•You will provide legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters while assisting with business development and fostering strong client relationships.

•The firm is considering applications from individuals with newly qualified status up to 3 years PQE, gained in e either national firms or reputable niche firms.

•This role is fully office-based due to the nature of the team setup.
