Corporate Solicitor, 3-6 Years PQE, Cardiff, £Excellent + Benefits – A new opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading law firms. JOB REF:7796.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 3-6 Years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will demonstrate experience in a range of corporate matters, including M&A, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Joint Ventures, capital market listings/IPOs, restructurings, public company takeovers, and corporate advisory work.
• You will be confident, approachable, and proactive in managing your own caseload while working effectively with the broader corporate team.
