JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Lancashire
SALARY: Circa £45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
• Covering the whole conveyancing process from start to finish, the appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a wide range of transactions
• The appointed Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchase
• You will also be handling shared ownership, right to buy, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and Help to Buy shared equity schemes


THE CANDIDATE:
• Applications are invited from Solicitors with 5+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing and strong, in-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process
• You will be able to showcase excellent communication skills, a dedication to maintaining high standards of client care, and a strong passion for conveyancing
