• The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity 
• The assignment will begin as soon as possible; therefore, applicants must have the availability to start immediately 
• The firm is seeking a confident locum who can hit the ground running, use various case management systems and manage own caseload without supervision
• This role is available to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives
• The role is full-time and predominantly office based with the option for 1 day working from home
• This role will be accompanied by secretarial support
