Commercial Solicitor, NQ-2 Years PQE, Kent, £Excellent + Benefits – A new opportunity has arisen for a junior Commercial Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:

• Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience from another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for assisting with the team with a wide range of commercial contracts to include, Agency and Distribution agreements, Supply/Purchase agreements of Goods and Services, Manufacturing Agreements, Franchising, Outsourcing, E-Commerce, Technology agreements and IT agreements.
• You will have early exposure to case management and client relationship development and will be provided with training and support.
• You will be a clear communicator who can remain calm under pressured situations, whilst keeping client best interests at heart.
• A can-do attitude it essential, together with being a team player.
