Corporate Solicitor, 5+ years’ PQE, Northampton - This Legal 500 law firm pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services to their clients. THE ROLE
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of corporate transactions and provide high-quality legal advice to our top-tier clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance.
• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and contracts.
• Conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.
• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of transactions.
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant legal developments and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS
• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
• Proven experience in handling complex corporate transactions.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
