Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Salisbury, £65,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national law firm, offering long-term career development opportunities. JOB REF:7760.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE with experience in high net worth land and development matters.
• The team act a wide range of clients including landowners with substantial property portfolios and companies with significant investment landholdings
• You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including agricultural and rural matters.
• You will be responsible for the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses including options, promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
