Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified), Northamptonshire, £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team in Northampton. JOB REF: 7735.

• A rare opportunity has arisen to join a progressive team where you can build an exciting long-term career
• Their Northampton office is enjoying considerable growth which, coupled with an existing need to recruit has created the opening for a Commercial Property Solicitor and contribute to their continuing success.
• You will be responsible for a busy caseload that covers a variety of standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant and some development work
• You will also supervise more senior members of the team with complex transactional matters.
• Experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance would be advantageous.
• This is a long-standing firm with an enviable well established client base.
