OVERVIEW:
•You will join the organisation’s Fitness to Practice department
•The appointed lawyer will manage managing cases from initiation through to completion for the Investigating Committee
•Ensuring thorough investigations, gathering witness statements, and compiling essential evidence to support each case.
•Applications are now open to qualified solicitors, barristers, or legal executives with a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
•Experience in conducting investigations, gathering evidence, making sound, evidence based decisions, and preparing cases for hearings.
