Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 4-6 Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Highly competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF:7693

• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with between 4-6 years’ experience gained with another leading firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include mergers and acquisitions, share structure reorganisation and restructuring, EMIS and EBTs and a wide range of commercial contracts
• Technical competence and confidence to handle corporate matters is a pre-requisite for this exciting new role.
• The successful solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player.
• Working as part of a larger team on heavy transactions you will be expected to work on your own portfolio of clients and will be interested to develop expertise in the areas of business development and client retention.
