Residential Conveyancer, 4+ Years PQE, Northampton, £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:7685.

• This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and quality focused firm.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 4 years’ PQE.
• You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of transactions including transfer of equity, sale, purchase, land purchases, remortgages and equity release.
• You will also manage and supervise more junior members of the team.
• You should have passion for this sector and the drive to make an ongoing contribution.
