INSOLVENCY & RESTRUCTURING SOLICITOR 4+ PQE, LONDON, SALARY £90-110K (DOE). Outstanding opportunity to join the highly successful and busy team of this Legal 500 firm. JOB REF: 215297644

The appointed candidate will handle a variety of primarily non-contentious matters related to the firm's corporate, finance, and real estate teams, providing advice to stakeholders in challenging situations and representing insolvency practitioners.

• You will collaborate closely with the Partner and Senior Associates, managing high-quality work for lenders, investors, corporations, directors, and other clients.

• It is essential that you have experience as a fee earner, including managing transactional work and other tasks on a daily basis, along with understanding your clients' working environment to provide exceptional advice and client care.

• You should be technically strong and have a keen interest in business development activities and growing the practice, as well as demonstrating that you are well organised and capable of working well under pressure.

• You should possess strong technical skills and demonstrate a keen interest in business development and expanding the practice. Additionally, you should be well-organized and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
