FAMILY SOLICITOR 3+ PQE, LONDON, £ COMPETITIVE SALARY (DOE). Exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced lawyer to join a thriving family team to assist with undertaking legal aid casework. Job ref: 215297638
The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of family law matters at all aspects of legal aid casework, and must demonstrate experience with the following:
• The firm is considering applications from candidates who hold either Advanced Membership in the Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme or are Resolution Accredited Specialists in Domestic Abuse.
• You must have extensive experience managing legal aid files to ensure they pass peer review, as you will be responsible for meeting new legal aid clients, taking instructions, and handling cases effectively while complying with legal aid requirements.
• You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be confident in supervising more junior members of staff, as well as providing exceptional, empathetic client care.
