THE ROLE:
A superb opportunity for a confident, passionate Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor to showcase their expertise and diligently advise on all areas of contentious trusts and probate. You will be expected to be competent in areas such as the removal of executors and trustees, defending claims by beneficiaries, changing a will of the terms of a trust and Power of Attorney disputes. However, this list is not exclusive and extensive background knowledge will be highly advantageous.

THE CANDIDATE:
