THE ROLE:
The role itself includes handling all wills and probate matters as well as private client work of a complex nature. You should have extensive experience of preparation of wills, Lasting Power of Attorney for both domestic and international clients, estate planning, advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax.

THE CANDIDATE:
It is necessary for applicants to have a STEP qualification alongside being able to evidence strong technical skills. Candidates who are forward thinking, team players will fit seamlessly into the firm and will have the opportunity to be involved with business development.
