LEGAL SECRETARY (PERSONAL INJURY), GREATER MANCHESTER, UP TO £30,000 + Comprehensive benefits package, bonus and hybrid working - Marketing leading, specialist law firm JOB REF:7598
This established and market leading law firm is seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Secretary to support a Partner in all aspects of PI work.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Legal Secretary gained within a PI department.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:
• Prepare documents and correspondence using audiotyping and word processing.
• Oversee daily digital filing and manage client file organisation.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and diary management.
• Support client interactions in person and by phone, providing friendly and professional assistance.
• Collaborate with the administrative team and assist colleagues as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and support high standards of client care.

Required skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate audio typing (65+ wpm preferred) with high attention to detail.
• Professional and strong customer service skills
