PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY SOLICITOR 9+ PQE, MANCHESTER, TO C£90,000 (DOE) + enhanced benefits package. Outstanding opportunity to join the growing Insurance Disputes team of this award winning national firm. Job ref: 7589

  • The role will focus on defending professional indemnity claims involving contractors and construction professionals, along with providing guidance on policy interpretation issues, including the scope of coverage.
  • The firm is open to applications from candidates with experience in defending claims against various professionals, as the role will also encompass a broad range of general and specialised insurance coverage and claims defence work.
  • It is essential that you possess up to date knowledge of court and dispute resolution processes, and have a strong academic track record.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, offer exceptional levels of client care and be able to demonstrate leadership and strong team working skills.
