THE ROLE:
Our client requires a Residential Development Solicitor who is competent dealing with a wide range of residential development acquisitions. The successful candidate must understand development infrastructure delivery, easements and lender requirements for development funding. It would also be advantageous for the successful candidate to be confident in drafting documents accurately and commercially.
