PQE REQUIRED: 5+ PQE

As part of their strategic direction, the firm is looking to develop their commercial property offerings in the Cheltenham and regional market. As a result of these plans they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to develop and market the property department together with take on the responsibility of the day to day management of a team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Senior Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm who are renowned for their commercial property offerings. You may already be an Associate within your current firm and be looking for a new challenge for yourself and possibly some of your junior team members. The firm are open to team moves and are keen to hear from those who have an excellent reputation within the local market. Applications are sought from those who are able to demonstrate a clear following/network of contacts who will only be too happy to instruct you on future commercial property matters. You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, development and leasehold enfranchisement.
