• Are you a corporate lawyer seeking an exciting new challenge?
• Leading national law firm is looking to expand their corporate team through the appointment of a skilled and talented Corporate Lawyer looking for the chance to focus on matters within the education and charities sector.
• Specialising in high-profile transactions, you will be working closely with the highly esteemed lawyer highly recognised for their expertise within this area of law
• You will have at least 5 years of experience in dealing with corporate transactions with a focus on the public sector.
• With a diverse client base across the UK, the team create innovative partnerships and provide bespoke solutions for clients.
• We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Lawyer who is less interested in the day – to - day corporate caseload and more excited by innovative and headline-grabbing matters.
• If you’re looking to breakaway from routine corporate transactions and delve into more meaningful work, then this is the opportunity for you.
• You will be working on high profile corporate transactions with a focus on public sector clients as well as utilise or build your regulatory and charities knowledge to support clients effectively.
