COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2+YEARS’ PQE, STAFFORDSHIRE, £COMPETITIVE SALARY & BONUS STRUCTURE

THE ROLE
The Commercial Property team undertakes a broad variety of work including acquisitions and disposals, residential development, landlord and tenant and property finance. The team drafts contracts, deals with planning obligations and advises on property acquisitions and sales.

THE CANDIDATE
You should have between 2 - 3 years’ PQE, be commercially aware and have some experience of running your own commercial property caseload.

Alternatively, if you have residential property or plot sales experience, this is an opportunity to expand your expertise into commercial property.

You must be organised, self-motivated and proactive; have strong fundamental drafting, time and case management skills and technical ability; and a desire to contribute to business development.
