OVERVIEW:
The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including domestic abuse, private children matters, non-molestation matters, cohabitation disputes, and financial and divorce cases. Key tasks include drafting legal documents, preparing trial bundles, and representing clients at court hearings. The successful candidate will also have a key role in shaping the firm's future and contributing to the growth of the Family department.
