LITIGATION/ DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR TO INCLUDE PROPERTY LITIGATION
3-6 YEARS’ PQE, BERKSHIRE, £COMPETITIVE, JOB REF: 215297505
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Litigation/ Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join the team of this Legal 500 firm. This highly reputable firm handles a broad spectrum of commercial litigation including a variety of property litigation matters.
• You should have between 3- 6 years’ PQE, be capable of running your own caseload and have experience across a range of litigation matters, including property litigation.
• Experience of the following property litigation work is advantageous:
o Landlord and Tenant disputes
o Lease renewal disputes
o Rent arrears, service charges and leasehold management issues
o Landlord and Tenant Insolvency
o Construction disputes
o Lease repair covenant disputes
o Agricultural disputes
• A passion for business development, and the ability to build relationships both with members of the firm and clients are essential.
