Court of Protection Solicitor, 3+ PQE, West Midlands, £60,000 - £75,000 - This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm, offering long term career development opportunities. JOB REF:7469.

• Highly successful and progressive law firm has an opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to come in and hit the ground running within the local market.
• Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• You will be expected to prepare applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a deputies, respond to telephone enquiries from clients and support the daily financial administration and prepare annual deputyship reports.
• The successful Court of Protection Solicitor will have experience of dealing with Financial Affairs Deputyships, Court of Protection for Property and Health and Welfare.
• If you have a sympathetic approach and possess the ability to provide an excellent service to clients, then we would like to hear from you.
• Excellent communication skills and high integrity are essential along with strong technical expertise in all aspects of private client law
