Job Description
•The firm is looking for an experienced locum with expertise in all aspects of property litigation to independently manage their own caseload.
•The litigation department primarily handles complex disputes, often involving the resolution of high-value cases, and will expect a candidate with experience of similar calibre.
•Applications are sought from experienced solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and expertise in general property litigation.
•The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of property-related disputes, including residential possession claims, tenancy disputes, disrepair claims, forfeiture of commercial tenancies, and rent arrears disputes, among other areas.
•The firm can offer hybrid working arrangements for the right candidate.
