Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 1+ PQE, Liverpool, National law firm. Attractive salary, bonus scheme and benefits package which includes flexible and agile working options. OVERVIEW:

In this role you will be joining this nationally regarded team and take responsibility for a caseload of a wide variety of defendant Clinical Negligence matters. Responsible for a varied clinical negligence caseload to include, drafting reports, interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, instructing counsel, negotiating settlements and preparing for and attending trials and mediations. As well as your own files, you will also assist senior clinical negligence solicitors on more complex claims and will be liaising with clients at all stages of the case.
