COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, NQ+, CUMBRIA, UP TO C£55,000 DOE - Legal 500, award winning Northern Law firm JOB REF: MD7437

• Well established Commercial Property department advises a wide range of clients including multinational organisations, small local companies, agricultural and rural businesses, and developers.
• The newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have up to around 5 years’ PQE and be seeking an opportunity where you can play a key role in the on-going growth and success of the department.
• Recently qualified Solicitors who have gained at least 6 months experience in Commercial Property law during their training contract within another Legal 500 firm are encouraged to apply.
• You will be advising on commercial property matters including landlord & tenant, commercial and residential developments, acquisitions and disposals of property and land, property finance and agricultural property.
• It is essential that you are a team player, with exceptional communication and business development skills.
